Tools & Equipment Needed:
Vitamix Blender (actually any blender is fine) I love my Vitamix!
1-1/12 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 oz. blueberry yogurt (Chobani zero sugar)
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries and pineapple
Shake of cinnamon
3 ice cubes
1 Tbs. honey
1 packet Splenda (optional)
Put all ingredients in your blender (add other fruit or greens if you like) and blend until smooth. Pour into your glass and add low fat whipped cream topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add your favorite straw and enjoy!
